The Tenants Handbook

We have written this handbook with help from a group of tenants and leaseholders. We have tried to make sure that the guide has the kind of information that will help you as a tenant. If you have any questions, or would like more information, please speak to your housing officer.

We want you to be happy in your home and we also want to be a good landlord. This guide tells you what we expect from you and what standards of service you should get from us.

If you are a joint tenant, please remember you are all responsible for your own, and for each other’s, actions.
