Tenancy Audits
We Need Your Help
We are carrying out a series of tenancy audits. We will be visiting people at the their homes, and asking them to complete a short questionnaire. We also carry out a brief inspection of the property
Why are we doing this?
- To update information about who is living in the property
- To offer support and advice on claiming benefits & referrals to other support agencies
- To provide information on our services
- To check that the legal tenant is living at the property and that it is not being sublet
What do I need during an audit?
We will ask you for two forms of identification: one that includes a photo of you and one that proves you live in the property such as a utility bill.
Remember
We will be calling and that all our staff will be carrying identification. Always ask to see this and never let anyone in who cannot prove who they are.
