Report A Repair
With 'Report a Repair' you can report repairs online by pointing and clicking to the repair(s) you want. If there is something you cannot see then fill out the 'Comments' section in the form and your details and we will get back to you. You must not use this function for reporting emergency repairs, instead Telephone 0808 220 2222 (Freephone) or 01206 282525 (for networks that don't allow calls to freephone numbers).

To use this repair reporting system your computer needs to be 'Flash' Enabled. You can download flash software by clicking on the image below.
