We manage over three hundred blocks of two and three storey flats. We provide a communal cleaning service to these blocks (although residents still have a responsibility to keep these areas clean and tidy). A Quality Assurance Advisor or QAA is a resident of one of these blocks who monitors how effective the cleaning service is and reports back to us.
These are residents of rural areas who report issues such as litter, graffiti and abandoned vehicles to us.
We also put on a range of events throughout the year for residents. These include the Tenants and Leaseholders annual conference. We also have Sheltered Forums for residents of our Sheltered Housing Schemes. We also hold surgeries for Leaseholders.
