Association of Tenants and Leaseholders

The ATL plays an important role in giving people an independent voice. All tenants and leaseholders automatically become part of the association. It has a committee, to which members are elected each year. You can look at the ATL constitution here.

The ATL has recently moved. It now has an office at Fairfield House, Harwich Road. This is not currently open to the public, but will be later this year.

You can contact the ATL on 01206 863352. You can also email them at info@cbhatl.co.uk.

The committee members are:

Juliette Malcolm, Rita Pryor, Maura Broad, Joan Andrews, Ena Kadlec, and James Watson.

You can find out more about the ATL in this leaflet.

History

After the ALMO (Arms Length Management Organisation) was set up, our tenants and leaseholders told us that they wanted an independent organisation to voice their views through. Initially called The Area Committee, the Association was formerly constituted in October 2005.
