Action Groups
Colchester Borough Homes has a number of action groups that you may be interested in getting involved with:
Quality Assurance Advisors (QAA’s)
– tenants and leaseholders who monitor service standards in blocks of flats
Village Voices
- Residents of rural areas who report issues of concern such as litter, graffiti and abandoned vehicles.
Estate Tours
- All customers have the opportunity to join their Community Housing Officer on a tour of their area at least once a year. Tours are advertised in News & Views.
Tenant Inspectors
– Voluntary Inspectors who review our services by working directly with staff
