
Helpline is an emergency call-out service, 24 hours a day, every day of the year. It may help you keep your independence, but at the same time reassure you that there is always someone there to help out in an emergency. Apart from providing services to people living in their own homes, Helpline also support sheltered housing tenants when Scheme Managers are off duty. There is a charge for this service.

When your Scheme Manager is off sick or on holiday you may also receive visits from Helpline Mobile Support Officers instead of another Scheme Manager.
