More Information

What is an emergency?

Examples of emergencies are:

  • no electricity
  • you are locked out, or your locks are not secure (we will charge you if you lock yourself out)
  • serious leaks and structural damage
  • fires

Sometimes we may only be able to carry out a temporary repair. The work will then be finished off during normal working hours.
