What The Cleaners Will Do

Two Storey Blocks

Three Storey Blocks

Internal Communal Areas

Pick up any litter and put it in the bin

Monthly

Every 2 weeks

Vacuum all floors and stairs

Vacuum entrance mats, stairwells and any carpeted areas

Wet mop all floors and stairs using hot water with disinfectant (using a proper hard surface cleaner) and remove stubborn marks and chewing gum

Wipe banister rails and window sills

Clean glass partitions, glass to communal doors and other internal glass removing finger marks

Dust light fittings and clear all cobwebs, high and low level

Every 3 months

Wash all walls, paintwork and high level surfaces for marks

External Communal Areas

Keep communal dustbin areas clean and tidy clearing all loose items of debris and placing them in refuse sacks

Monthly

Every 3 months

Wash out communal bin stores areas with hot water and  disinfectant

Clear cob webs from external front and back doors and communal light; clean communal glass on doors

Deep Cleaning

Your block will be deep cleaned once every four years
