Morrison Takes Over Gas ServicingAnd Gas Repairs |
Morrison is taking over gas servicing and gas repairs for tenants. The new service started at the beginning of October 2010. Morrison is dedicated to providing an excellent quality local service for residents and will be operating from their offices in Great Wenham near Ipswich. The contract management team will be based at this office, and will be listening to what residents have to say about the new service. On site services will also be available to ensure residents are fully informed about any planned work.
You should still contact 01206 282525 for any gas servicing or central heating queries. You will be given an option which will put you through to Morrison.
If you need an an emergency repair, and it is outside office hours you should still contact this number. You will be given an option to be put through to our emergency out-of-hours centre. Please select this. Staff will then pass your details onto Morrison.
Morrison’s distinctive four star logo will soon become a familiar sight to residents, as it will be clearly visible on vans, uniforms, letters, calling cards and ID badges.

All Morrison staff will be wearing a uniform of a black polo shirt or sweatshirt and black trousers, all with the Morrison logo clearly visible. Every Morrison employee entering a residents’ home will also be wearing a Morrison ID badge.

You should never let anyone into your home if they do not have a valid Morrison ID badge. If you are in any doubt you should call the number on the reverse of the badge to ensure the caller is a Morrison employee.
