Rent and Service Charges

The rent will vary depending upon the size of property you are offered. The total weekly rent at Charles Smith House includes a service charge element as well as charges for gas, electricity, water rates, the services of the Scheme Manager and Helpline. You will be individually responsible for your council tax, house insurance and telephone bill.

If you are on a low income you may be entitled to help with your housing costs from Housing Benefit and a Supporting People Grant. You may also be entitled to other welfare benefits.
