Stuart Pawsey Court was built in 1988 and is situated in the picturesque town of Wivenhoe. The scheme is made up of a range of flats and bungalows built around a central courtyard. Rent and Service Charges
The rent will vary depending upon the size of property you are offered. The total weekly rent at Stuart Pawsey Court includes a service charge element as well as charges for gas, electricity, water rates, the services of the Scheme Manager and Helpline.
