A 24-hour alarm call system is fitted to all the properties in the scheme. This links you to the Scheme Manager or Helpline when the Scheme Manager is off duty. The alarm call system offers you the reassurance that help is always available if you need it.
Social Activities
As part of their professional service the Scheme Manager will arrange a programme of social events and outings in consultation with tenants. Whilst this is an opportunity to socialise and make new friends there is no pressure on you to take part in any of these activities.

The rent will vary depending upon the size of property you are offered. The total weekly rent at Oatfield Close includes a service charge element as well as charges for gas, electricity, water rates, the services of the Scheme Manager and Helpline. You will be individually responsible for your council tax, house insurance and telephone bill.
