You can enjoy social and recreational activities in the spacious lounge and a smaller lounge is available as a quieter alternative. There is a large secluded garden at the back of the scheme.

Maytree Court has a bathroom and a shower room on each floor. There are three well-equipped laundry rooms (one on each floor) and a drying area is provided. If you enjoy reading the mobile library service calls monthly with a wide variety of books. Tenants who have difficulty using public transport can use the Community bus, which calls weekly and is designed to take wheelchairs.
