Communal Facilities
A door entry system is fitted at the main entrance of Enoch House. This security feature enables you to identify any visitors before you allow them into the building. You can relax in your home knowing it is safe.
A car park offers convenient parking for tenants and their visitors. Friends or relatives who wish to stay can use one of the two fully furnished guest rooms available. You can enjoy social and recreational activities in the spacious lounge.
Enoch House has a bathroom on the first floor and a shower room on the ground floor. They are both adapted so that tenants with disabilities can use them. There are three well-equipped laundry rooms and a drying area.
For your convenience, a variety of mobile shops often visit the scheme including a grocer, a butcher, a fishmonger, dress and shoe shops. Mobile hairdressers visit regularly and use the hairdressing salon in the scheme. If you enjoy reading the mobile library calls monthly with a wide variety of books including large print.
A 24-hour alarm call system is fitted to all the properties in the scheme. This links you to the Scheme Manager or Helpline when the Scheme Manager is off duty. The alarm call system offers you the reassurance that help is always available if you need it.
Social Activities
As part of their professional service the Scheme Manager will arrange a programme of social events and outings in consultation with tenants. Whilst this is an opportunity to socialise and make new friends there is no pressure on you to take part in any of these activities.
