Repairs and Maintenance Surveyor

Your duties will include visiting properties to establish if building defects are present and recommend appropriate corrective works. The supervision and monitoring of voids team to ensure that performance is achieved against agreed objectives. Excellent customer care and communication skills are essential and candidates will be required to demonstrate a genuine commitment to customer service.

You will ensure that all health and safety and environmental guidelines are implemented, monitored, interpreted, understood, followed and appropriate procedures are in place to ensure best practice is used in everyday work. A high standard of accuracy and attention to detail is required, as are proficient computer skills (training will be given in relevant systems).
