Window Cleaning Service

Colchester Borough Homes have been reviewing window cleaning services.

Colchester Borough Homes have received complaints in regards to the cleaning of flat windows in 2-storey flats and we have listened to our customers.

We are proposing changing the service so that the communal windows in 2 and 3 storey blocks of flats, and sheltered accomodation are all cleaned to the same standard, every quarter.  

We are about to re-tender the window cleaning service and would like to invite any views and comments that you may have. You can contact us in the following ways:
