Is There Anyone Who Cannot Buy Their Home?

You cannot buy your home if:

• You (or your household or visitors) engage in Anti-Social behaviour.
• You are an undischarged bankrupt or you have a bankruptcy petition against you.
• You have a Notice Seeking Possession.

 

Suspended Possession Order

• You may have been served a Suspended Possession Order during your tenancy and still be eligible for the Right to Buy.  However, the terms of that order must not have been breached.
