What is a Tenants Compact?

A compact is an agreement. The Tenants Compact sets out how will work with residents to improve our services. It sets out our commitment to involving tenants and leaseholders in what we do. The views of tenants and leaseholders are vital if we are to provide a good service for residents.

We produced the Tenants Compact in consultation with tenants and leaseholders.

When was the latest version of the Tenants Compact produced?

The new agreement was produced in 2010. We sent a summary of the compact to all residents in the April 2010 edition of our residents newsletter, Housing News and Views.
