These are just a few examples of what you can do when you talk to customer services:
We have a number of teams of specialist staff, who will deal with more complex enquiries and issues. If it is necessary, customer services will refer you to these teams.
Antisocial behaviour
We have a dedicated team which deals with antisocial behaviour. We also provide tenants with support if they need it.
Community housing officers
Our team of housing officers deals with a range of tenancy management issues, together with serious cases of rent arrears. Each housing officer deals with one of eight areas.
Customer services will take details of your enquiry and, if needed, will refer you to a housing officer.
