How can I help?

Please do not leave bags of rubbish outside your front doors or in any other internal or external communal areas prior to collection day.

When will my block be cleaned?

Your block will be cleaned every week.  Wherever possible, every effort will be made to clean your block on the same day each week.  To find out when your block is cleaned, please telephone free phone 0808 220 1111.

How will the cleaning contract be monitored?

Community Housing Officers and Estate Officers will inspect each block on a regular basis.  In addition to this, the residents from many of the blocks have offered voluntary help to monitor the standard of cleaning.  These residents are called Quality Assurance Advisors.  If you are interested in becoming a Quality Assurance Advisor, please telephone  free phone 0808 220 1111.
