For personal callers
Colchester Borough Homes staff are available at Colchester Borough Council’s Customer Service Centre, based in High Street, Colchester (opposite McDonalds). It is open from 8.30am to 5.30pm. Assistant Housing Officers are available to provide a comprehensive advice and information service.
The Greenstead office, which has free car parking is now open between 9.00 am and 5.00pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. On Wednesday the office is open between 9.00 and 1.00pm – closing for Staff training and meetings in the afternoon.
