Directors Management Team

Colchester Borough Homes has a Directors Management Team. These directors have a number of key responsibilities to ensure the company strives for excellence. They report to the Board of Colchester Borough Homes.

Members of the Directors Management Team are:

Greg Falvey - Chief Executive
 
Greg has overall responsibility for and leadership of Colchester Borough Homes.

  • Ensuring the company strives for excellence and continuous improvement
  • Implementing the decisions of the Board

Karen Loweman - Director Of Housing

Karen has overall responsibility for Housing Management Services. This includes Tenancy Management, Rent Income and Tenancy Enforcement.

  • Strategic lead on housing management, and tenant and leaseholder involvement and consultation
  • Company 'champion' for customer service

Mark Wright - Director of Property Services

Mark has worked for Colchester Borough Homes since April 2010. His key responsibilities are:

  • Running an effective repairs and maintenance service
  • Delivering the Decent Homes programme
  • Strategic lead on asset management

David Lincoln - Director of Resources

David joined us in 2011, and is shared between ourselves and South Essex Homes. His key responsibilities are:

  • Corporate Services including Finance
  • Audit, risk and financial strategy
  • HR and governance operations and strategy
