Karen Loweman - Director Of Housing

Karen has worked for Colchester Borough Homes since Dec 2006. She has overall responsibility for Housing Management Services. This includes, Tenancy Management, Rent Income and Tenancy Enforcement.

• Overall responsibility for ensuring that we manage properties that become empty as efficiently and effectively as possible.
• Strategic Lead on consulting and involving tenants and leaseholders.
