Business Plan
Colchester Borough Homes' Business Plan sets out the direction we want to take the company over the next 5 years and how we want to develop the services we provide to our tenants and leaseholders.
It sets out what our goals are, how we fit into the plans of the Council and other partners, and analyses our strengths, weaknesses and business risks. It then goes on to show how we will deliver the "decent homes" programme, and our standards of service. It concludes with financial forecasts and strategies for IT, communications and developing our staff.
